How safe is my credit card information when ordering online?
Your information passes through our secure server ensuring that it remains safe. All credit card data is encrypted so that unauthorized 3rd parties are unable to gain access to your private information. Lastly, we do not share or distribute any of your personal information to any other parties.

The most efficient way to place an order is through our secure website, which offers immediate e-mail confirmation.

How do I change or cancel my order?
E-mail is the best way to cancel your order. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges if the item has already shipped.

What is your return/exchange  policy?
Please e-mail us at to receive an RMA# with return shipping instructions. You must include your full name, order number, and reason for the return. The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package prior to being accepted. Please see our return/exchange policy below:

• Unopened/New items that remain in their original shipping packaging may be returned for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee (refund excludes shipping fees).
• 10% restocking fee does not apply to "Stealth Holster" branded holsters/pouches provided the items are in new condition (refund excludes shipping fees)
• Defective items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

What is the estimated shipping time?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on made to order items (actual shipping time is usually less). Please allow 1-2 weeks for off the shelf items. Please note that these are very conservative estimates.

How much is shipping?
The first item is $5.00 and each subsequent item costs $2.00 each. We use both USPS and UPS depending on the product and cover all shipping overages.
